At Innovatech we value your business and trust that you will be satisified with your purchase. Should your purchase not match your expectation we will endeavour to faciliate a refund, exhange or credit whenever possible however due to the varied nature of the goods and services and supplier arrangements this may not always be possible. Please refer to the relevant section below for our refund policy relevant to your purchase.
In the event that the product or service is faulty, wrongly described or different from the product listed you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Where the item purchsed is a stock item it may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition, sealed and accompanied by the relevant invoice / receipt.
Unfortunately Special Orders are unable to be returned unless faulty, wrongly described or different from the product ordered.
These can only be refunded if the care pack purchased is not as described
